At the time these Terms were last updated, our current turnaround time for ready-to-ship physical orders is approximately:

5–7 business days

Business days generally mean Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Processing times may change during sales, holidays, special events, product releases, high-volume periods, emergencies, or other circumstances.

Because many Moxie Chick Studio products consist of stickers, paper goods, stationery, limited-release merchandise, and digital products, certain purchases may be final sale.

10. Digital Products

Moxie Chick Studio may offer downloadable or electronically delivered products.

Digital purchases may include:

  • Other downloadable files

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, purchasing a digital product provides you with a limited license for personal use only.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork, design, illustration, file, or intellectual property to you.

11. Personal-Use Digital License

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual product listing, you may:

  • Download the purchased file for your own personal use

  • Print reasonable quantities for your own personal use

  • Use the product within your personal planner, journal, scrapbook, craft project, or similar personal project

You may not:

  • Resell the digital file

  • Claim the artwork or design as your own

A separate commercial license is required whenever commercial use is offered or permitted.

12. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a physical or digital Moxie Chick Studio product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

13. Artwork and Character Use

Customers may enjoy purchased products for their permitted personal use but may not reproduce Moxie Chick Studio artwork for commercial purposes without written authorization.

This restriction applies whether artwork is copied manually, digitally traced, scanned, photographed, vectorized, redrawn, extracted, or otherwise reproduced.

14. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Training

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Moxie Chick Studio, original Moxie Chick Studio artwork, characters, illustrations, photographs, written content, digital products, and other proprietary creative materials may not knowingly be:

  • Uploaded for the purpose of training a generative artificial intelligence model

  • Included in a machine-learning training dataset

  • Used to create a model, style model, LoRA, checkpoint, embedding, or similar system intended to imitate Moxie Chick Studio artwork

  • Used to generate substantially imitative commercial artwork through automated systems

  • Scraped or collected specifically for commercial AI-training purposes

Nothing in this section restricts uses that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
